Ideal Trainer Profile
Who We're Looking For
We partner with subject matter experts, certified professionals, and industry practitioners who bring real-world context not just textbook theory to every session.
Industry Certification or Qualification
Relevant degree, professional certification (CMA, CHRM, PMP, AWS, ACCA, etc.) or equivalent deep expertise in your domain.
Proven Training Experience
2+ years of delivering corporate workshops, classroom sessions, or professional coaching with measurable learner impact.
Fluent in English (Arabic a Plus)
English fluency is required. Arabic-speaking trainers are especially welcome for bilingual corporate programs.
Real-World Industry Background
Our learners are working professionals — they need trainers who bring live market insights, case studies, and hands-on expertise.
Open to Freelance Engagements
Available for flexible, scheduled sessions — in-person at our Dubai center or online — with no full-time commitment required.
